Research themes in which teachers of the faculty of law took part:

1. GB 06-11 «Legal support of a sustainable development of Belarus» (all the teachers of the faculty).

2. The state integrated program of scientific researches 2006-2010 «Economy and society», section 4 «Law and the state building» (Mihaylov D.I., Skuratov V.G).

3. BRFFI №G08М-206 «Social business in the conditions of market economics» (Mihaylov D.I.).

4. On the basis of International Organization for Migration in Belarus in 2008 – «Problems of the theory and practice of human trafficking in Belarus», in 2010 – «Demand for sexual services: the responsibility of a client» (Nabatova A.E., Tsykunova I.N.).

5. On the basis of the Gomel regional executive committee «The Organization of a transboundary cluster of rural tourism of Euroregion"Dnepr"(Kasyanenko A.P.).

6. The program of development of the United Nations «the Sustainable development at a local level» (Kasyanenko A.P.).

2006 – «Legal regulation of a sustainable development of Belarus in the context of integration processes».

2008 – «International legal regulation of migration and national interests of Belarus in the context of integration processes».

2010 – «Legal support of a sustainable development of Belarus».

2010 – «Actual problems of formation of a civil society and lawful state formation» (Gomel – Cherkassy – Belgorod).

In 2011-2015 the following directions of scientific research are defined:

- formation and development of analytical abilities of students in the course of teaching and learning of political science and sociology in high school (headed by Kasyanenko A.P.);

- Priority directions of development of legal system of the society (headed by Esmantovich I.I).
