1999

Students of the faculty of law took the third place at Republic international humanitarian law competition named after F. Martens, and were rewarded with letters of commendation of Red Cross.


2000

Awarding of the diploma of I degree at the Competition of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Engineering among students of Belorussian universities to Student Skuratov V.G. for his work entitled ‘The forms of calculations applied at the realization of the external economic relations of transactors’ (headed by Shuleyko S.G.)

1. Awarding of the diploma of II, III degree at the Competition of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Engineering among students of Belorussian universities to:

- Student Melnikov E.E. for his work entitled ‘Legal regulation of transactors' bankruptcy in The republic of Belarus’ (headed by Litvinko M.I.).

- Student Petrushenko A.L. for his work entitled ‘Legal status of the enterprises recieving foreign investments’ (headed by Shuleyko S.G.).

- Student Zabarovskiy A.A. for his work entitled ‘Legal regulation of usage of the industrial property objects in the Republic of Belarus’ (headed by Skuratov V.G.).

- Student Lihuto A.Yu. for his work entitled ‘Concept of the foreign arbitral award and condition of its recognition and execution on the territory of Belarus’ (headed by Grishchenkova N.G.).

2. Student Brileva V.A. took the first place at the scholarship competition organized by the International public union on the United Nations studying and the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. 

3. Student Brileva V.A. was rewarded with the diploma of II degree at the International law students competition among CIS and Baltic states for the best work entitled ‘The international standards in the field of human rights and the national legislation’.

4. Students Brileva V.A., Zapadnyuk E.A., Mihaylov D.I. were rewarded with incentive wage, diplomas and badges ‘The winner of the special fund of the President of Belarus in social support of gifted pupils and students’.

2. Student Rep’evskiy P.O. for his work entitled ‘Problems of a ratio of legal regulation of foreign investments and the legislation of the national safety of Belarus’ (headed by Sculeyko S.G.);

3. Student Mihaylov D.I. for his work entitled ‘Legal support of functioning of a secondary shares market in Belarus: present conditions and prospects’ (headed by Skuratov V.G.).

2. Awarding of the diploma of II degree at the Competition of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Engineering among students of Belorussian universities to:

- Student Bas E.V. for her work entitled ‘Legal regulation of the insurance organizations activity’ (headed by Litvinko M.I.);

- Student Prihod’ko T.A. for his work entitled ‘Legal regulation of factoring as a financing mechanism of transactors' activity of in the modern economic conditions of Belarus’ (headed by Skuratov V.G.).

3. Student Klimov S.A. was rewarded with the diploma of II degree of The special fund of the President of Belarus in social support of gifted pupils and students.


2004

Awarding of the diploma of III degree at the Competition of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Engineering among students of Belorussian universities to student Piskunova T.V. for her work entitled ‘Economic responsibility of business Activity enterprises’ (headed by Shuleyko S.G.).

1. On the basis of the results of research work of students the following students’ scientific works have been introduced in the study:

- Dovgalo I.V. ‘Legal regulation of Youth Policy in Belarus’ (headed by Krasnobaeva L.A.); Ponomareva N.V. ‘Ratio of the international and national law’ (headed by Ivanova Yu.I.);

- Khalmovskaya Yu.V. ‘Institute of the state registration of real estate in Belarus’ (headed by Shchevtsova O.I.);

- Timofeev D.S. ‘Agreement of construction work’ (headed by Skuratov V.G.).

2. Students Koltushova M.P., Bas E.V., Prihod’ko T.A. were rewarded with letters of commendation of The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Belarus according to the results of the Republic competition of students’ research work.

 

2006

1. The team of the faculty of law took the third place at Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

2. The team of the faculty of law was honored with the diploma of a prize-winner according to the results of the Belorussian student law competition.

3. G.V. Samburskaya’s speech on the theme ‘Implementation of international legal rules directed to the fight against terrorism in the legislation of Belarus’ was awarded with the certificate of I degree. 

4. N.V. Galchenya’s speech on the theme ‘Peculiarities on criminal cases of private charge’ was awarded with the certificate of I degree.

 

2007

1. The team of the faculty of law took the first place at the Second National humanitarian law competition.

2. Awarding of the diploma of I degree and a laureate rank at the Competition of Natural Sciences, Humanities, Engineering among students of Belorussian universities to Student Aksenova I.A. for her work entitled ‘Legal regulation of mortgage credit lending’ (headed by Skuratov V.G.).

3. The study group ‘International law issues’ was created headed by Koputkova N.V.

4. The competition of students’ works ‘Belorussian legal thought’ was established.

 

2008

Fedotov V.A. defended his juridical candidate's thesis.

1. V.V. Khaystova’s work ‘Preliminary inquiry termination’ was awarded with II category at the Republic student competition of Humanities and Social sciences (headed by Tsukunova I.N.).

2. T.V. Sen’kova’s work ‘Legal forms of  legal profession activity’ was awarded with II category at the Republic student competition of Humanities and Social sciences (headed by Ivanova Yu. I.)

3. I.Ya. Pobochut’s work ‘Charges against an accused’ was awarded with III category at the Republic student competition of Humanities and Social sciences (headed by Tsukunova I.N.).

4. N.Yu. Petuhova’s work ‘Some problems of legal tax obligation regulation’ was awarded with III category at the Republic student competition of Humanities and Social sciences (headed by Michaylov D.I.).

 

2010
